Why do you think the FDA granted TOCA BTD and allowed the Phase II to become a Phase III? What might the FDA be seeing that you're overlooking?

The management team seems very strong and cash is adequate for another year.

TOCA has gotten very cheap.

May have more data at AACR.

However, they have only one drug in the clinic.
