"As I stated above, I think the SOX possibly holds the key for the market in 2007, i.e. it will either cause the market to rally to new highs or form a major top and an end to the cyclical bull market.
However, if the SOX finally decides to participate and rally strongly, then that would give the market the 'juice' it needs to possibly achieve the price target scenarios that I have highlighted above.
Take a look at this 8-year chart of the SOX, note the huge symmetrical triangle that has formed. If the SOX break this downtrend line, it would be very bullish for the market in 2007.
I think this is one of the most important charts to keep an eye on for it holds the key to the market in 2007."
