It's nice to see somebody else actually recognizing some of the serious securities fraud taking place with the ANDI shell.
No Utopya Innovations Inc isn't registered in the US that I know of, but that won't matter if the SEC takes an interest in ANDI because ANDI is the public shell being used for the securities fraud. The SEC can go after the whole Utopya team whether they are in the US or Canada since they all participated in the fraud. ANDI uses an Ohio address and its registered in Wyoming so that opens up the door for either the Chicago regional office or the Denver regional office to take action. It probably wouldn't hurt to report what is going on to the Ontario Securities Commission too.
