We are not talking about GM or Apple...which are legitimate Exchange traded public companies with proven capabilities, products, markets and businesses.
As a non-SEC reporting company in a business area that was born as a result of an APPARENT reverse merger into penny shell, then it is entirely reasonable to question what is actually going on....which given the environment in the OTC is almost never what it is represented to be.
And the Comet Core history certainly adds to the questions.
And BTW...Foxconn is a PURELY contract manufacturer for an Apple design...but Umidigi is not. That phone they showed is essentially the S2 Lite design. And Apple also fully discloses its contract manufacturing approach...Foxconn is not a secret.
That is a important distinction here and goes to the question of what exactly the relationship is...if there is one.
If as you say Utopya is only really contributing the UX/software to this effort and using Umidigi as contract manufacturer for the phone based on an existing Umidigi hardware design...
...that does raise a bunch of questions...that may be worth looking into
