Not sure anyone else here shares your certainty in this all being revealed before the next quarterly. Personally I dont think we are that close to the breaking point. Kind of sounds like you are drawing a line in the sand and if so you are not doing it from a position of power or authority. IMHO

"Material Events" by law have to be released in a timely manner.


You can't save/hold back information good/bad to be released just prior to the quarterly reporting. This opens up the opportunity for insiders or privaledged investors to gain access to the information and act on it thus creating a situation where yet another law has been violated.


No I am going to go with Lugee Li is a law abiding gentleman and there has been no news released because frankly there is no news to report other than the fantasies swirling inside of someones noggin'
