My reasoning for the interim blinded data, publication,to be published before proxy vote, was from SOS. He asserted that the publication with the interim blinded data would happen immediately. Then later asserted the publication would come out within a month. This publication would include interim blinded data from 60 plus doctors.SOS was considered a way for NWBO to communicate with shareholders. After that at the ASM Linda Powers asserted that she was waiting for the damn publication. Also several conference appearances were canceled because NWBO needed to remain silent on pending publication. After all of this and more NWBO is asking shareholders to vote a proxy to increase authorized shares to 1 billion 200 million shares. No publication yet and a threat of insolvency. IMO
