Your taking the correct action. Only. 25 cents of equity, so what!! Vote against dilution and tell Linda she is out. If you vote no you have a chance at 15 bucks, a yes vote mean 2 bucks max.

Agree with holding people accountable and we are on the same page there. However, a no vote is not the way to do it. JMHO. That is like throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
