Just finished the conference call.
What you quoted is exactly what he said. I do not see any manipulation there, but rather a concern for shareholders and that now is not the time to negotiate. IMO, not enough statistical information to create a great valuation. This is not the tv show "Shark Tank". IMO, it is not the time to sell the company and its investors short.
I thought the conference call was very informative. The burn rate has gone up significantly but then we have world class professionals bringing life saving products to fruition. Look at all the talent that has come on board in the last 3-4 years.
