Yes, but it's an extremely low float stock so easily manipulted.
Example using simplistic numbers:
5000 real shares grabbed because there were no sellers till you got to a higher level.
10000 shares sold short (probably NSS) to retail at those levels.
The 10000 can be wash traded back and forth freely between colluding computers. Tons of money is made so they can now walk the stock down even lower because risk has been reduced.
