Yep, but all good. Easy to put that behind them and the OSC has stated they are not going after “Titan” at all, only Martin for the trading back in 2016. Again, this is not a big deal to me...
This is why the closing was delayed, as the OSC was obviously holding it up while doing their DD.
Anyway, I’m fairly confident the closing occurs next week for the full amount, and possible a portion of the over allotment as well. There is demand for Titan’s raises, even though the current share price does not reflect that. Maybe that alone will help us pop back up!
As we know, our share price can move quickly as good news flows. I see us back in the 30s/40s in short order.
