So far the only thing the OSC is alleging is that Bernholtz was involved in illegal insider trading of Titan stock. There will be a hearing this month. I'm hoping this will be behind them but who knows. I imagine Bernholtz will want to avoid going to prison. When guys get pinched they start talking. Hopefully there isn't any other malfeasance going on at Titan that his attorneys will use as leverage. He was there 10 years. He knows where the bodies are buried if you know what I mean.
