How interesting. So Comet Core was a Delaware company. It was formed in September 2014. In February 2017, it changed its name to "Comeit Inc".

There was, however, another company called "Comeit Inc" in Delaware. It was formed on 28 September 2016, by which time Comet Core had already collapsed. It was dissolved on 13 February 2017.

And it appears that somehow, Comet Core was dissolved with it on the same date.
