It's not off topic at all. After all, some of the same players have been involved in both Comet Core and Utopya.

None of us can pierce any corporate veil, much less this one. We don't even know where Comet Core is or was incorporated. At its website, it claims to be a Delaware company:



Yet if you search for it at the Delaware SOS, you get "no results":

And that is odd. The only possibility would seem to be that it's changed its name in the fairly recent past. Now why would it do that?
