That's the only changes I saw too.

Originally the 500,000,000 spin out shares issued to StreetBeatz Entertainment were split up as follows:

50,000,000 to William Coogan (a principal of StreetBeatz) and 450,000,000 shares to StreetBeatz Entertainment.

With only 3,146,794,450 shares outstanding those 500,000,000 shares would have made up 15.9% of the O/S.

As a 15.9% owner StreetBeatz Entertainment would be an affiliate and beneficial owner putting restrictions on that stock beyond just a holding period.

The new filing further split up those shares as follows:
