Russell is outperforming. So is NASDAQ Comp vs. NASDAQ100. There is a rotation into small caps. Investors are taking on more risk and money inflows should report this next week.

I think Dow 12k will be a psychological stopping point. At least short term. Enough for a small pull back for 100 to 250 points.
