Is there a holdup on the name change? Actually I don’t think there are any guarantees on the symbols until FINRA approves it. They submitted the actual paperwork didn’t they? Or is it one of those “working on it” situations and still hasn’t been done.
Falling out situations are never a good thing in the tech world. You often end up with lawsuits. Hopefully they haven’t snagged any of the IP from Comet and plan to use it here.
