Was Ian Brewster the person that co-Founded Utopya with Jason Steinberg?

What was the exact date that Utopya was incorporated? I see you ordered the documents from the Ontario Ministry of Government Services.

I don't think Ian Brewster (the former COO of Comet Core Inc) being a key person involved in the formation of Utopya with Jason Steinberg and Loudon Owen makes anything any better.

Basically it just backs up my point that the Utopya dream team failed with their previous smart phone start up. The Utopya dream team left a lot of angry investors/backers at Comet Core Inc wanting their money back.

That doesn't look good when trying to sell Utopya as the next big smart phone company of the future. Especially when they are selling Utopya with crazy hype like $100 million in revenues before the end of 2018 and uplisting to a big board exchange in early 2019, etc.

More likely it's just a lot of the people from Comet Core who liked or respected each other working together to do things differently / better, rather than 'acquiring' the other company.
