I didn't see Loudon Owen's name any where in the last quarterly report.
He isn't a 5% owner in ANDI. He isn't an officer or director for ANDI. If he was he'd have been named in the last quarterly report. So Loudon Owen has absolutely no accountability for anything that has gone on with the ANDI stock since he has no authority over security matters being just an advisor for Utopya.
I don't think Loudon Owen's reputation is on the line at all. Even if Utopya were to end up being a bust (a start up that never gets off the ground) Loudon Owen's reputation will survive just fine.
Mike Starkweather was hired as the CEO to handle the security matters.
There is a good chance Loudon Owen doesn't know anything at all about what has been going on with the ANDI stock.
Only Mike Starkweather's reputation is on the line IF ANDI is being used for some kind of illegal insider enrichment/share selling scheme (plus of course anybody that may of illegally profited off the scheme).
Has anybody talked to Owen Loudon? Doesn't he take questions about the company? I'd be surprised if he does as an advisor to Utopya and not an employee/officer/director of ANDI.
