No new Series B shares were issued since Utopya Innovations Inc acquired control of the ANDI shell on November 10, 2017.
That information is available in the last quarterly. Anybody can confirm through the last quarterly report that no new Series B shares were sold during the last quarter.
In fact no new series B shares have been issued in a very long time.
So that means no shares were sold by ANDI to raise any capital.
Corbin Hardy either had to have owned those shares for years or he had to have been given those shares by one of the other Series B preferred share owners. The only Series B shareholder with enough shares to gift that much stock is Dustin Secor.
If Corbin Hardy already owned those shares for years it explains why Utopya choose the dirty ANDI shell to acquire. I doubt that Corbin Hardy has owned those shares for years though.
I think it is more likely the he received the shares from Dustin Secor as part of some deal between Dustin Secor and Utopya. A lot of money could have been made off the 400,000,000 combined free trading shares of stock issued to Corbin Hardy and Dustin Secor on 12/20 and 12/21, respectively. As much as $4 million (if those shares were sold into the market at an average price of $.01/share). ANDI definitely did their part to pump the share price up while Hardy and Secor were selling with the press releases about Daryll Green joining the team and no more dilution and to the moon tweets and crazy forward looking statements about hundreds of millions in revenues in an unrealistic amount of time and uplisting B.S. when ANDI isn't even listed on any exchange.
I don't think there is any question that there was a concerted effort to assist Secor and Hardy with making money off the sale of their stock. You even had ANDI doing press releases about old defunct business operations owned by Dustin Secor (Action App Corporation and All Pro Apps Corporation).
If money made from the sale of those Series B shares was kicked back to Utopya that would be illegal. There are security laws in place about how a company can raise money from the public through share sales.
And since the TA is gagged we don't know if more shady Series B preferred share conversions have taken place since January 31, 2018. We are stuck waiting until the next quarterly report comes out 3 months from now before we know exactly how much more dumping ANDI and its insiders have been doing causing a beating to the retail share price.
