Xan, let me get this straight....what you are asking is if your funds are tied to Reg. T, and as the owner entitled to the dividend "during",( which is yet to be determined)....is transmutable to you account and how soon?..How to report that?

Question: Am I "reading" correctly what you two are speaking of; that a possible dividend, of sorts, could be in the offering to benefit the shareholders of a certain date of record?
