I spoke to him about this deal in particular. This contract was not dependent on the acquisition taking place. However, with the pending legal issues facing Lattice, Alpine4 terminated that contract prior to it taking effect. No assets were ever used toward fulfilling the order with Lattice. The $2.3 million in revenue from that contract are not and have never been factored into company projections or financial statements in any way.
