What happened over the past 24 hours is simple to explain. I read ANDI's recent Q report on Friday. In the "share issuance history" list I saw the term "breakoff shares" -- Huh? -- never saw that term before. I Googled over and over using different keywords and got nothing. I asked a couple of folks here and got no reply. I'm a shareholder and I wanted an answer. Over the weekend I decided to ask the question where I knew I'd get an answer.
The folks over there are pros/experts, and yet, the first person to reply didn't even know what they were. Another board member saw my post and replied with this post, which I never EVER expected >>>
After that, it took on a life of its own and the rest is history. If all that is in that post is not true, then Mike Starkweather will reply in kind, as I know that particular poster's messages were forwarded to Mike.
I'm not going to go into it too deep but I've seen enough red flags to suit me. When t-trades started to print in early January it caught my attention. And there were other things going on that concerned me. Everyone can do their own DD and reach their own conclusion.

One final note, I'm out this morning and I won't be posting here anymore. There's no point. I won't be a shareholder anymore so I'll not be answering any comments or questions. Call me a coward...whatever...don't care. I received enough hateful private messages over the past 18 hours to last me a lifetime.
I hope everything works out for ANDI shareholders the way you all want. Hope they sell millions of phones and you all make a ton of money. And don't forget to ask the tough questions and don't take a board member's word for anything. Your own DD is all that matters.
