They aren't listed as a "Partner". The whole strategic partner thing is yet another example of facts being over hyped.

Utopya is listed as a client. That means they are paying Cycloides for some service.



It is easy to see how "client" got spun into "partner" since it was the ANDI CEO Michael Starkweather that put the misleading information in a press release

1) Misleading statements about business operations
2) Misleading statements about dilution
3) Bogus statements about uplisting when ANDI isn't even listed on any exchange yet since they are not an SEC filer
4) Massive forward looking promises from a start up company
5) More concerned about the share price than running a "company"
