Common sense says nobody with half a brain would dump 30 million shares knowing news is just about guaranteed to hit next week. Meanwhile, a much more logical explanation would be that the company has been screwing everyone this entire time and is using the anticipation of news to dump shares. Then, when news hits, expect massive selling and a red or near red close to confirm the pump & dump.
