Honestly when I saw $0 dollars in liabilities I was excited. Personally I have never seen a Q with zero liabilities. Mike cleaned house and it shows. No more toxic debt! Now we know our foundation.

I just looked back at the Q&A from Dec, and now I wonder if Darryl soaked up a big chunk of shares because the float seems to almost be locked up with the low vol trading and the chart looks like it's about 1.9B?

A: Firstly, we're incredibly excited to have Darryl sharing his expertise with the team. Second, his investment was a private equity transaction and because it was prior to our merger with Andiamo we have chosen to keep this in house for now. Third, Mr. Green has agreed to assist in any way he can but his role is as an advisor.

Agree- this Q was just to keep us in compliance and allow for the ticker change and other future actions to go smoothly. I am sure some will sell today because they mis-read or read way too much into the Q, but I am also sure that the company will be releasing news that puts any concerns to rest in the coming days/weeks as well. All of the conversions from PRIOR COMPANY'S actions have been completed, other than the last $37K (which mike has said they will pay off, but not the end of the world even if the did convert), so no big surprises (other than good ones) expected going forward.
