Hey, thanks for reaching out. I am not sure about a DOJ link related to LDSR. For sure I utilized counsel for the acquisition (LegalandCompliance.com) and currently utilize Matthew Stout for ongoing SEC-related activities. Both are tops in their fields. Getting into this space is tough, complex and VERY expensive. When you put everything you have into building a software company, you have to make tradeoffs. ??. of Course, going full fresh S1 and IPO is the cleanest, but also the longest and usually most expensive. This path (while not perfect) is working out ok and as expected some artifacts will be worked out. So far I haven't been surprised by anything. if you have a link would for sure like to see it. thank you for the support, we all certainly appreciate it!

Doesn’t he still show up as a shareholder on that one even though it says sold?
Didn’t he buy it back through EMRY CAPITAL listed as a beneficial shareholder?
