I don't believe there was any SEO.
What I see is a large volume of searches (or increased activity in a short period of time) that contain the term "Delfin" with unique IP addresses clicking on the results that are most relevant.
Collectively, we all work for Google and that is what cause the updates to the search result.
This increased search activity started in December 2017 and by Feb 2018 the Google bot re-indexed/correlated all that DD activity for the updated organic search results that matches the desired search results.
Plus, the total search results for the term "Delfin LNG" is only 121,000 which means that there is no competition for this result.
Search "Insurance" and the search result is 320,000,000 or extremely competitive and would require a huge effort to rank on the first page of Google.
Buy a domain and put it up on any web server.
Search for that domain or keyword and pick the result that takes you to the web site daily. Also search and select it from Google UK, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, etc.
Do this from your PC, phone, and proxy sites. Not only will the site get indexed, your search term will also appear in the "Suggested Search" dropdown when typing it in about 30-days.
Completely free, White Hat method.
