So the 4027 project end date was March of 2017 and the 2 page summary was finally released in July. Honeywell engineers would not have just read the 2 page summary, they would have seen the actual test results and read the complete report that was not released to the public. This report would have been dozens, if not hundreds of pages long and would allow the experts to understand the limitations that were identified with old version of PrintRite.

So what did Honeywell do based on their thorough understanding of the program results? They had the newer version of INSPECT 2.0 installed in their facilities in August 2017 as they continued to work on the DARPA III program with SigmaLabs.
