I hear you. But, let's give it the weight it deserves and move on from what he tweeted. Could he have done a better job, some say so, some say it was entertaining. Who cares? There is far worse things that could have happened. In the grand scheme of everything the tweets mean absolutely nothing. As far as if Darryl is still involved with ANDI, I believe Beandog indicated that Darryl has been asked to watch his tweeting and he is still involved with ANDI. So far the company has been pretty solid. GLTA!

From July 2001 to November 2003, he consulted in the supplement and nutrition industry. Mr. Green served as Vice President of Retail Operations for the Southeastern United States for GNC from January 1996 to June 1999, and was the Director of Operations for the GNC NY City Designated Market Area from January 1993 to January 1996.

Mr. Green served as a Director of Ashlin Development Corp. (formerly, Health & Nutrition Systems International Inc.) since August 10, 2001.

I think your reading too much into the GREEN drama, UTOP told him to tone it down and went on to biz as usual.

Lots of baseless assumptions in there....

To me, that's like UTOP is 'softly dissociating itself' from Mr Green. The question I have is this: why didn't UTOP react that way at the time that Mr Green was posting all those tweets?

Again to me, that's a really shady move by UTOP (not to mention suspicious) to do that NOW when they could have done that THEN. Mr Green was literally mentioning UTOP a lot and so if UTOP was 'concerned' about being connected to Mr Green's tweets, then they would have issued the restraint at that time and not now.

How do you know they didn’t do it THEN?

Mr. Green has been restrained on twitter for quite awhile. Just because the company didn’t tell you, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Look at his twitter feed for the past month and a half; he has toned things down quite a bit since his January tweet fest.
