#48555 RE: xZx #48554

It could be a couple of months yet before all the formalities for the custodianship request are completed.

Maybe Lazar will already have a buyer lined up for the shell right away, but if not it could be several more months after that before David Lazar finds a buyer for the shell (assuming he finds a buyer at all). The Lazar family does have some past reverse mergers under their belt (which I detailed in my last post) so they do have that in their favor.

But still, that's a long long time to try to keep people excited about OWVI as a reverse merger speculation play.

And even if a buyer is found for the shell it could result in a reverse split which won't be good for retail investors.

It will be smart to have a plan about how to trade OWVI taking into account some of those factors.

Some people may just be trading OWVI as a momentum play off the current excitement/interest and they have no real plans to keep their money tied up for weeks/months. Everybody has their own trading strategy.

OWVI has 3,500,000,000 shares outstanding. The A/S is currently maxed out so that won't be changing any time soon.

At the time that OWVI stopped doing OTC filings in 2012, it had a float of approximately 2,500,000,000 shares (based on information from the OTC filings). It is possible that part (or most) of the other 1,000,000,000 outstanding shares may have also joined the float (it's impossible to say for sure).

OWVI got some nice action in May/June of 2014 but only managed to get to $.0008/share before returning back to $.0001/share.

This time around the volume has already been better and there is a real catalyst to support the action thus the much higher prices already.

It will be interesting following OWVI in the future so see how things turn out.
