thanks for your post. the confusing part is the david lazar of joyus is currently working at zenith partners international, and it's certainly possible for him to do that while overseeing reverse mergers on his own.
i can see now the david lazar of zenith partners, llc (in NY) is a different person.
all that said, if he brings real companies into every shell he is custodian of, then shareholders will do well here, and in all the other tickers.
it's only a matter of time before we find out what he's bringing to the table.
