Just the fact they are now marketing and distributing Fluticare is a BIG DEAL despite the profit split... So... let's say not 50 million dollars in revenue but 20 million dollars in Revenue... Company is instantly NET PROFITABLE and the profit on all the other profits is additive... I certainly will be holding this one, as it appears the time for exponential growth in REVENUES and PROFITS will be 2018...
Damaj said there are no catches to this deal. There's only an annual minimum order requirement.
It's possible they have to pay more per unit than they would have to with the Akorn ANDA, but then keep in mind that NO ROYALTIES (10% for every 5M of sales) have to be paid to former Novalere shareholders!
