Good of you to share a trading perspective, some have been criticized for that in the past

Why on earth would someone be criticized for trading, especially considering the pain we've endured from this company? All of us are traders, some just have different time horizons for how long we are willing to have capital locked up in a stock. Only criticism I've seen (and mostly from me) is from those who publicly announce their shorting campaign in an effort to bring PPS down. Thankfully that overseas activity ceased when the prior BOD resigned.

It sure feels like This company is going nowhere. I still don't understand the hurry to get rid of the IP. Sure, if the offered deal was a can't refuse then sell it off. But for what they got why not hold on to it til cash positive and then decide. You don't have to spend money on it.

Something has stunk about this whole takeover from the beginning. The ability for Ronin to control everything for $16M, the silence of DRt, and the non fight from the old BOD (even if they just thru mud at Ronin was just way to convenient.

I do not have a great feeling about Avid and this teams ability to make it grow. I wish somebody had a argument to convince me otherwise.
