Good of you to share a trading perspective, some have been criticized for that in the past. Short of news (no pun intended) I don't see us going up prior to the CC unless Stafford decides to walk it up for the potential trade followed by the inevitable short.

Hopefully, the next 10M share offering will be higher than $2.25.
