It is totally legal to guarantee a $15.00 stock price if you know there will be a reset at $15. Afterall, they released a PR stating it will be reset at $15. If on the otherhand there was not going to be a reset and he guaranteed it, he would have some issues.

Its the same as if the CEO of Google were to say I guarantee a stock price of $80 at IPO. (Just an example, I know they used dutch auction format).

To me it looks like the SEC is probably hysterically laughing at you for wasting your time.

why don't you personally deliver all your proof to the SEC and go over it with them in detail....you know...explain everything so they understand their job. If your so intent on proving Rufus has violated SEC rules and regs, just make an apointment with them and show them the proof of the scam. I'm sure you have the experience to verify it.

Ourstreet, Let me see here:

My replies are under each point you make:

1. Multiple instances of Rufus guaranteeing both a $15 stock AND that no investor will lose money. Nice of him.. but not legal.
-- Totally legal considering he put it in a PR and this will be a reset, like an IPO

2. Lots of laughing at questions like "what happened to the half a billion in cash you said you had in the bank in the EU?"
-- Last I checked the SEC didnt have a rule against CEO laughter

4. Manic statements about changing the market and the world and having $15 billion to work with at this point.
-- Maybe they do have $15 billion in assets. Do you know for a fact that they don't?

5. Foul mouthed libelous statements by Michael Alexander who has, in this most recent tape confessed to being part of the gang that cooked up this little scam.. along with Sabra "I'm so sexy I'm gonna flirt with Mike during this interview to seem even more cute" Dabbs. That's certainly going to entertain the folks at the enforcement division.. Personally, I found it offensive and disrespectful of people who are invested in this stock but .. hey.. that's just me..

-- Also the last I checked, this was America, and people can use Foul language if they so desire, as well as flirt with eachother. Oops, I forgot you wouldn't know that since you aren't living in the US

Mike Alexander was a riot indeed...

he's was a cop, he's a technology specialist, he's "one sneaky bastard"...lol

some how, with all his qualifications, he can't figure out how many shares he owns...
