oh just maybe jf wants a bite at it's 16 mil population...could be just that! i don't know where the radios ads are, stated my frustration many times. i do know we had a spike in volume recently, so somebody does know something. i do know there is web traffic from ecuador, so jf has created an interest from within that country.
Last time I checked VIVA was concentrating on the Latino market which happens to be located not only in the US but South and Central America including Ecuador.
