Some more smoke-n-mirrors with a bandaid and another "look over there" to distract people! This CEO is a major POS!! Please explain to the board why they should still be a shareholder or buy this stock after he has lied many, many times and has PR'd and tweeted about 2 radio ad launches that never happened and has added so much toxic debt that it could choke an elephant??

With a median income of around $450 a month, I highly doubt there is a high demand for Viva. They barely squeak by with free radio/tv stations.
