VRED/HQGE - Henning Morales is one of the people behind the VRED and HQGE hijackings.

Morales registered the domain for the new HQGE website:



Henning Morales is most well known for eWorld Companies Inc (EWRC) which was mixed up with Sunrise Consulting Inc (SNRS), Nutripure Beverages Inc (NBVG), and RBID.com, Inc (RBID)

Those were all massive share selling scams between 2008 - 2011 that had Henning Morales, Ronald Touchard, Raymond Chin, Alan Rothman, and Kenyatto Montez Jones as participants.

The SEC went after that group in 2011 but had trouble getting their subpoenas enforced and no charges were ever brought.

EWRC did a reverse split in 2014 then got used for another ugly pump & dump scam that burned a lot of investors.


The newly created HQGE website lists Dr. Michael Brown as an officer.

Dr. Michael Brown is a long time Henning Morales associate and an EWRC insider.


I wonder if Majesty Temple is fronting for Ray Barton and now at least one of the shells has been passed off to Henning Morales. I also wonder who owns those bogus backdated debt Notes and will be using those Notes to illegally create and dump super cheap unregistered stock into the market during the pump & dump activity.
