$750k x .001= 750 million shares.That's 14% of the O/S. I don't recall what price those shares were offered at.

I take it that that valuation of 3M will be used to create BDI/BDC.

We'll probably suffer the creation of them. BLDV needs do a r/s and clean up its ST and give all thes divisions/offshoots some clairity put some weed in the ground.
