I don't know why anyone ever mentions a R/S as a good idea! If you want to ruin a company now and forever ruin investor trust, then a R/S is how to do it!
I have been around a long time and I have never see a R/S a good idea,
For those that don't know, here's how it would go.
If they do a R/S, let's say they do a minimal 10:1
so it re-sets pps at .01
it will have massive waves of sellers wanting out first chance they get for the inevitable fall, so it will open @ .01 and fall eventually re tracing to it's starting point of .001 if not lower as trust and confidence is gone
So, why do it? It never works, and if they did it they'd ruin it all I feel.
The way to go is not R/S, but to build business, work hard and make strong connections to generate revs. (this reached .0057 with same Share structure and it has more good things now)
In my years and businesses, you know what my strength was and why people paid me more? For my 100% loyalty and honesty.
Dishonest and disloyal people are cheap, the good are hard to come by.
All a person or business has it their good name, when you lose it, you have nothing.
All the DD for BLDV looks good, hope they don't ruin it all. But I hope for the best.
