You are correct. The recent volume in JAMN was not because of what is known.

The recent volume in JAMN volume was because of what is unknown.

The risk that exists is from the fact that JAMN filed a Form 15-12g which is usually a sign that unaudited financials are being prepared operational reasons since no longer being required to complete the more costly audited financials.

I would be fine if the old operations somehow got rectified to a point of a resurrection, but I believe that it will be something different.

This Form 15-12g often culminates in a new beginning from the company that is unknown... for now.

Um, people come here posting all the time thinking that this company is still involved with Marley, so yes, I think that most people who invest in this company are doing it for the Marley name.

JAMN is over a year overdue with financial reports. Quarterly reports don't have to be audited; only the Annual report has to be audited. Sure, that would have been a big expense, but if they don't report their financials, why would anyone invest in the company?!
