In accordance with SFAS 165 (ASC 855-10) management has performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the date that the financial statements were issued and has determined that it does not have any material subsequent events to disclose in these unaudited financial statements.
So, up to the point of filing on 02/14/2024 there was nothing going on.
New 10-Q due within 5 days. Lets see if the 02/27/2024 LOI with that hokey BotMakers went anywhere. We already know it was highly questionable from day one and nobody seems to be interested since then.

First RED FLAG is JAMN still owes the Marley Family and has not completed the selling of shares as outlined in the court settlement. Why would a start-up AI Bot joke take on debt when there are a ton of clean shells for cheap out there?
Second RED FLAG is the typical "Letter of Intent" that is all but useless and common tactic in OTC scams.
Third RED FLAG is they don't give you ANY WEBSITE for the company which is typical of OTC scams. They let your imagination and hopium high lead you to wrong companies and trying to "connect the dots". Search for BotMaker AI and Daniel Trent. What do you get? A whole lot of nothing definitive.
