So, UTOPYA INNOVATIONS WORLDWIDE INC. was created on Feb 8, 2018.

I think this may explain the delay in changing the name at the Wyoming SOS. It wasn’t a simple matter of just changing the Andiamo name. First, it appears, Utopya decided to change its name from Utopya Innovations Corp. to Utopya Innovations Worldwide, Inc.

This means the lawyers first needed to get all the Utopya name change ducks in a row before they could change the name of Andiamo at the Wyoming SOS.

In other words, the company appears to be doing two name changes.

I wonder if adding “Worldwide, Inc.” to the Utopya company name was a last minute decision?

I suppose we will find out soon.
