Just so you know, if I were pumping this stock, I do a poor job "dumping shares." This stock reached several high peaks, and I didn't sell one share until it was under .80, and only sold off a small percentage of my holdings, of which I am prepared to repurchase in the next few days. You would need to prove my intent, my intentions being with malice, and that I simply wasn't flipping shares to rebuy additional shares at a lower price. Pump and dumpers don't repurchase shares for a better long position...
