which talked of uplisting from strength & understanding financial engineering

however Gerald is not driving the boat any longer

Spence with his 40-Mil. share stake in AMBS is trying to repair AMBS’s hull

and simultaneously trying to reverse AMBS off the proverbial rocks of ruination

that Gerald steered us all onto with his total incompetence and heinous serial lies

I assure you - Gerald has mercilessly used and abused his shareholders since 2008

and he will continue to do so as this ship has no revenue or substantiate non deals

which is why yet another a massive RS is in the near future and just off the horizon

with 130-Mil. in the current float and only 150-Mil. AS to date - somethings got to give

6 ea. $300k tranches will not get us to a national exchange to uplist

nor is AMBS’s restructuring plan iclear on just how they will achieve it

and they can’t do it without deep pocket funding

seems the shareholders maybe on the hook once again
