While I mostly agree - the Moelis plan depends upon the public markets jumping in to recap.
IF I'm an investor, and I look at how the prior investors were treated... especially the commons... why would I ever commit a single dollar that way?
I ask again. Why? This is all very public information now. The gov't needs to cut a check to the investors and apologize for it's actions. Short of that. I don't see it. This isn't a game. Real people died poor because of this and NONE of the branches of government have done a damn thing to stop it.
This not something to be glossed over, this is a major crime.
