2) Moelis & Co. plan - with some open areas to tweak - is the only realistic way that administrative reform can happen (unless you think that 10-15 years of conservatorship and retained earnings to recapitalize is a realistic solution or that UST is going to give back all of the money and call the bailout and interest-free loan - both IMPOSSIBLE).

So, if you think that Trump/Mnuchin are going to act (a) administratively AND (b) favorably for existing shareholders, something very close to Moelis & Co. is what it will be.

There's no other way.
