It's called a T trade. It's on the "Trades" screen in iHub. Seriously.

9 million shares just appeared in the market. More dilution.

T-Trades are NEVER a good thing! they are big huge red flags. Each and every time I have observed them on stocks on IHUB it spelled heavy dilution and dumping.
