Nah... that's nonsense! Asher puts out a PR stating they own a public company when they specifically signed agreement with SEC that they would not... bam SEC suspends to stop Asher. Plenty of companies have way longer period of non-filing and are NOT suspended nor revoked. DBMM filed NT's as required each quarter. plenty of the same companies that haven't filed, didn't even file that, and they are still not suspended. go dbmm go
