HndtoHnd I believe if you read the Sept. 06-2005 Shareholder Derative letter Frizzy wrote , you can see that Frizzy believes that JE dumped CMKX stock into the market and amassed 2 billion dollars worth of Crown Financial Stock and proceeds from the sales were kicked back to CMKX Company and Company Insiders.
Also note in that letter that Frizzy was well aware that an NASD investigation was in full swing at that time, he then due to Shareholder pressure, concoted his own NASD Complaint letter in June 2006.
He already new an investigation was in progress but yet the shareholders give him props for being the one that caused the NevWest happening.
Frizzy got taken in by the NSS, and has not even been able to prove that.
Haven't you wondered why Frizzy has not launched Suits against anyone regarding the NSS issue ?
